The shelf life of this new test has been extended.

• Storage temperature: -20°C
• Shelf life : 9 months
• Only 1 ready-to-use tube
• PCR with 5μ L DNA extract in 20μ L of mix for a better reproducibility
• Increase in the sample collection from 3g to 10g of faeces (pools are possible)
• Use of the ADIAFILTER to reduce inhibitions
• Background reduction and easier curves interpretation
• Presence of an amplification positive control
• Presence of an extraction internal control and an amplification internal control
• Extraction methods validated : individual format and plate 96 in centrifugation or aspiration, magnetic beads
